Good to know
· Prices are quoted per person and day, VAT included. The visitors tax is quoted with an additional € 3,20 / 2,70 per person/day. (Children until the age of 14 are not charged a visitors tax)
· Rooms and apartments can usually only be rented by the week. (Saturday to Saturday)
· Short-term stays of less than one week can be booked one moth prior of arrival. Stays of 1-2 nights will be charged an additional 25%.
· Cots: Price reduction of 25%.
· Upon your day of arrival your rooms/apartment are/is available as of 2 p.m. If you arrive any later than 7 p.m. please call us!
· On the day of your depature, we kindly ask you to clear the rooms by 10 a.m.
· The costs of the final clean-up will be €40,-- and €60,-- .
· Double rooms for single use are available upon prior notification and vacancies (+50%).
· Guest arriving by train will of course be picked up from the train station.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Apart from our free of charge, safe and private parking lots, we also offer lockable garages. They are available upon request and are charged with and additional €8,-- per night.
· Lunch + Dinner: We are more than happy to recommend various restaurants where you can have a taste of the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, from a simple dish to gourmet style, at reasonable prices.
· Short-term cancellations or no shows, delayed arrival or early departures will be charged with 25% of the total bill.
